I am currently in-network with several health insurance plans and am happy to provide a superbill that clients may submit to their insurance provider for out-of-network benefits reimbursement.

I request that you cancel any appointment at least 24 hours in advance. The full fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
My rates vary depending on services provided. I also offer sliding scale appointments to break down barriers to accessing therapy. I do not require proof of financial worth, only that you pay what you can at a rate that values both your resources and mine. I have space for five sliding scale clients at a time. Currently, all sliding fee scale spaces are full. I accept checks, cash, and cards at this time, and payments can be securely made through the client portal.
